Alcohol Ink Play

Have you ever discovered one of those art supplies that really captures your heart? Well that’s how I feel about alcohol ink.

It has the vibrant color the attracts a second glance while it can still be subtle. Above are papers created by adding alcohol ink to papers through some stencils from StencilGirl products. I really love Seth Apter's designs for this process.

One of the unique qualities of alcohol ink is that it works and non-porous surfaces. This opens a world of substrates to your art arsenal.
